The lab was part of a collaboration which involved the production (at Janelia, under the leadership of Caiying Guo and the supervision of Alla Karpova) of transgenic rats that express the calcium reporter GCaMP6f in neurons (see B.B. Scott et al., Neuron 2018). The lines are deposited with the RRRC (Rat Resource & Research Center), from which you can order animals.
